I’m Vanessa Leon-Gonzalez, LCSW, and I help individuals and couples move through the emotional and relational patterns that can keep life feeling heavy, confusing, or stuck, even when they’ve already done a lot of inner work.

Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable, and deeply self-aware, but still find themselves caught in anxiety, trauma responses, painful relationship cycles, or old beliefs that continue to shape how they feel, connect, and move through life.

My work is designed to help you get beneath the surface of those patterns so healing doesn’t just stay intellectual.

 

It becomes something you can actually feel and live.
