IFS Therapy Intensives

Go Deeper Than Weekly Therapy

Focused, extended support for individuals and couples who want to move through stuck patterns, relationship pain, and long-standing emotional blocks with more depth and momentum.

Available via telehealth in Florida.

IFS intensives are designed for people who are ready to go deeper than weekly therapy allows. Instead of working in small pieces over time, we spend extended, focused time together so you can really connect with what’s happening inside and begin to shift it in a meaningful way.

This can be especially helpful if you’ve been feeling stuck, circling the same patterns, or wanting a more immersive, supported process.

If you’re wondering whether this might be a good fit for you, we can schedule a consultation and we’ll talk through what you’re looking for.

What are IFS
Individual and Couples Intensives?

IFS therapy intensives (Internal Family Systems intensives) are extended sessions designed to go deeper than weekly therapy allows.

Instead of working in small pieces over time, intensives create space for focused, immersive healing—supporting meaningful shifts in a shorter period.

Length: 4 hours + 30 minute post intensive follow up
Format: Virtual
Available in Florida

Best for: Stuck patterns, relationship pain, emotional loops, crossroads, and deeper focused healing work

When something important needs more room than a
weekly session can hold

I'm Vanessa Leon-Gonzalez, LCSW, and I offer IFS intensives to help individuals and couples get unstuck.

Sometimes there is a pattern, pain point, relationship issue, or internal conflict that keeps resurfacing, and one hour at a time doesn’t feel like enough to really get to the heart of it.

You may already have insight. You may already understand a lot about yourself. And still, something remains stuck, activated, unresolved, or just out of reach.

An IFS intensive offers a larger, more contained space to slow down, settle in, and work more deeply than weekly therapy often allows.

This is not about doing “more therapy.”

It’s about creating enough room for something meaningful to actually move.
