Standard sessions are 50 minutes weekly or biweekly; I also offer 75-minute deep-work sessions for IFS/EMDR when helpful.

It depends on your goals. Many clients feel relief within 4–6 sessions, with deeper change over 8–20+ sessions. We’ll review progress regularly and taper when you’re ready.
