IFS & EMDR Telehealth in Idaho

Do your worries keep looping? Is your inner critic constantly attacking? Does your body stay on high alert? I offer warm, structured therapy—IFS (parts work) and EMDR—to clients anywhere in Idaho via secure telehealth.

I help anyone with

  • Anxiety, overthinking, perfectionism, burnout

  • Relationship stress (divorce/remarriage/step-family dynamics)

  • Childhood/relational trauma and self-criticism

  • Highly sensitive helpers/clinicians who need a safe place to land

How online therapy works
Sessions are 50 minutes weekly or biweekly; I also offer 75-minute deep-work sessions for EMDR/IFS when helpful. We map goals, build nervous-system tools, then do focused work at your pace.

My approach

  • IFS (parts work): We meet protective parts (the planner, the critic, the avoider) with compassion so your Core Self leads.

  • EMDR: Gentle, phased reprocessing to unhook stuck memories and reduce triggers.

  • Somatic + attachment lens: Concrete regulation tools and safer relationship patterns.

Fees & insurance
I’m private pay / out-of-network. Many Idaho clients get partial reimbursement after their OON deductible. I provide monthly superbills, a 1-page OON guide, and I’m HSA/FSA-friendly. Rates are currently $175 per 50 minute session and $260 per 75 minute session.
